For families living outside India
Physiotherapy in Jaipur, arranged from anywhere
Arrange clinic or home physiotherapy for a parent living in Jaipur, or book an online consultation for yourself. Senior-led care, seven days a week, from a centre rated 5.0 on Google.
Two ways we help families abroad
Most people who contact us from overseas want one of two things. Tell us which applies and we will take it from there.
Care for a parent in Jaipur
Your mother, father or an older relative is in Jaipur and needs physiotherapy. We assess them at our centre or at their home, treat them locally, and keep you in the loop with their permission.
Arrange care for a parentAn online consultation for you
You are abroad and want guidance on your own problem. We talk it through on video, take you through movement checks and give you an exercise plan you can actually follow.
Ask about an online consultationArranging care for a parent in Jaipur
The distance is the hard part. You cannot see how they are walking, you are not there when they say they are fine, and arranging anything across time zones is slow. What we can do is take the arranging off you and keep you informed.
- A full physiotherapy assessment at our centre or at their home in Jaipur
- Hands-on treatment, one to one for the whole session
- An exercise plan they can continue between visits
- Home visits across Jaipur, seven days a week
- You can arrange and discuss everything from abroad
- Progress shared with you once your parent agrees to it

How it works
- Message us. Tell us where your parent lives in Jaipur, what the problem is, and whether you would prefer clinic or home. A short message is enough.
- We confirm we can help. We check that we cover the locality and that physiotherapy is the right thing for the problem. If it is not, we say so.
- Your parent agrees. We contact them, explain what is involved, and they decide. Nobody is assessed or treated without their own consent.
- The assessment. A senior physiotherapist assesses them properly, treats them in the same session, and leaves them with a plan.
- You hear what happened. With your parent's permission we tell you what was found, what the plan is and what it costs, before treatment continues.
- Care continues. Visits continue at the agreed interval and progress is reviewed. You can stop at any point.
Clinic or home visit
Both are available in Jaipur. A home visit suits a parent who finds travel painful or unsafe, who is recovering from surgery, or who is simply steadier in their own surroundings. It also lets the physiotherapist see the actual home, the stairs, the bed height and the bathroom, which matters for balance and falls.
Some equipment stays at our centre. If a stage of recovery would benefit from it, we will say so, and there is no obligation to move.
An online consultation for you, abroad
If it is your own back, neck, knee or shoulder that is the problem, we can talk it through on a video call. This is a consultation and exercise guidance rather than hands-on treatment.
- A video consultation about your concern
- Movement checks guided over the call
- An exercise plan written for you, with clear instructions
- A follow-up call to see how it is going
What it is not. An online call cannot replace a hands-on assessment where one is genuinely needed, and we will tell you when that is the case rather than take the booking. Online consultation is offered only where it is lawful for the country you are in. We do not diagnose conditions that need a doctor, and we do not treat emergencies.
What the first assessment covers
The assessment is adapted to the person. Depending on the problem, the physiotherapist looks at relevant history, how the person moves, strength, balance, walking and the everyday things that have become difficult, then agrees goals with them.
Treatment starts only after that assessment. Recovery time and results vary by condition, health, any surgery, attendance and individual response, and no specific result is guaranteed.
Fees
Fees depend on the assessment, the location and the care plan. We confirm the complete cost before booking and explain any follow-up or package options before treatment continues. There are no hidden charges, and nobody is asked to pay before they know the cost.
If you are paying from outside India, tell us what is convenient and we will confirm what we can accept.
Who you would be dealing with
Trivayu Physio Center is led by Dr. Jyoti Choudhary, who has over 17 years of clinical experience and is physiotherapist to the Rajasthan Senior Women's Cricket Team. There are six physiotherapists in the clinical team, and more than 8,000 patients have been treated by Dr. Jyoti and under her supervision. The centre is rated 5.0 on Google and is open seven days a week.

Older patients, in their own words

This is not an emergency service. If your parent has sudden severe pain, a fall with injury, chest pain, breathlessness, sudden weakness or confusion, they need immediate medical attention at a hospital, not a physiotherapy appointment.
Tell us what you need
Send us a message with where your parent lives in Jaipur and what the problem is, or ask about an online consultation for yourself. We reply during Jaipur working hours, Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 1:00 pm IST, so allow for the time difference.
Please do not send medical reports or scans in a first message. We will tell you the right way to share them.
