FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions patients ask us most. Still not sure about something? Message us on WhatsApp or call the clinic.
Do I need a doctor's referral to see a physiotherapist?
No. You can book an assessment with us directly, no referral is needed. If we feel you need a doctor's review or a scan, we will tell you.
What happens in my first visit?
Your first visit is a full assessment. We check your movement, posture and pain, talk through your history and goals, and build a treatment plan made for you, explained in plain language. You will usually start treatment and leave with home exercises.
How much will treatment cost?
There are no hidden charges. Your fee depends on your assessment and the treatment you need, and we always share the exact cost with you before you book. Message us on WhatsApp or call, and we will tell you the fee for your case.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your condition and how you respond to treatment. Your physiotherapist will give you a clearer idea after your first assessment, and will reassess your progress as you go.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We are open 7 days a week and can usually confirm your first visit the same day. Message us on WhatsApp or call the clinic to book.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes. Home visits are available across Jaipur for patients who find it hard to travel, especially after surgery or for elderly care. Message us with your location and we will confirm.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes. A video consultation is available for guidance, follow-ups and home exercise plans when an in-person visit is not possible. Some problems still need a hands-on visit, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Is a female physiotherapist available?
Yes. The clinic is led by Dr. Jyoti Choudhary, a senior physiotherapist, so women's health patients and anyone who prefers a female physiotherapist are looked after with comfort and privacy.
What should I wear or bring to my appointment?
Wear comfortable, loose clothing that lets you move easily. Bring any recent scans, X-rays or reports you have, though they are not required to start.
Where are you located, and what are your timings?
We are in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, on Gandhi Path. Our timings are Mon to Sat, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Sun, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, with evening slots available on weekdays.
Do you treat conditions other than the ones listed on the site?
Most likely, yes. The conditions and services listed are the most common ones we see. If you are not sure whether we can help, message us with your concern and we will let you know.
Is physiotherapy painful?
Treatment is adjusted to what is comfortable for you. Some techniques may feel firm, but your physiotherapist always works at a level that is right for your condition.
