For employers
Physiotherapy at your workplace
We bring physiotherapy to your office, unit, hotel or campus in Jaipur. Our physiotherapists see your staff one to one, run a practical session on how the work is loading people's bodies, look at how your workstations are actually set up, and give you a written summary afterwards.
Home visits are already available across Jaipur, seven days a week, so working away from the centre is routine for us rather than something new we are trying out. The same clinical team of six physiotherapists, led by Dr. Jyoti Choudhary, does both.
What is included
- A short one to one appointment with a physiotherapist, in private, for each person who wants one
- A practical group session on how this particular job loads the neck, back, shoulders and knees
- A walk round of the actual working area, looking at seating, screen and desk height, lifting, reaching and standing
- Written advice for each person, given to them directly
- A written summary for you afterwards, reporting counts and patterns with no names against them
- A list of what to change at the workstations, with the changes that cost nothing listed first
- A clear route for anyone who needs a proper assessment, with no pressure about where they get it
Who it is for
Employers in Jaipur whose people either sit still all day or lift, stand and repeat all day.
IT and software offices, BPO and call centres, banks and finance back offices, coworking spaces. Long seated hours, headset use and fixed screen positions, which tend to bring neck pain, upper back tightness, low back pain, and wrist and shoulder complaints.
Manufacturing and industrial units. Lifting, repetition, awkward working heights, and the complaints that build up quietly over years rather than arriving as an accident.
Hotels and restaurants. Housekeeping, kitchen and front of house teams who stand, carry, bend and reach for a whole shift.
Hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres. Nursing and support staff who move patients and stand through long shifts.
Schools and colleges. Teaching staff who are on their feet all day, and long standing complaints that nobody has ever had looked at properly.
Smaller employers are welcome. If you have one spare room and a morning, we can work with that. You do not need an HR department to arrange this.
How it works
- Tell us about the place. Email or call us with your location in Jaipur, roughly how many people, what they do all day, and your shift pattern. A short paragraph is enough.
- We quote in writing. What we would run, how long we need to be on site, how many physiotherapists would come, what we need from you, and the fee. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until that is in front of you.
- You tell your staff. We will send you wording you can edit. It needs to say that taking part is voluntary and that nothing comes back to you with a name on it, because people are not straight about their backs otherwise.
- The visit. The group session, then the one to one appointments to a schedule you have already seen, then the walk round of the floor. Before we leave, we tell your contact what we saw, so you are not waiting on the written summary to start.
- The summary. You receive the written summary on the date agreed in the quote. What happens after that is your decision. There is no contract, no minimum number of visits and nothing that renews itself.
What you receive, and what stays private
Your people will not be straight with us about their backs if they think it goes into their file. So it does not.
What you receive: how many people we saw. Which parts of the body came up, and how often. What we observed about seating, screen and desk height, workstation layout, and where relevant, lifting, carrying, reaching and standing. What we would change, with the changes that cost nothing listed first. How many people we advised to get a proper assessment.
What you do not receive: names against complaints. Any individual's findings, history or diagnosis. Anything anyone said in their appointment. Who took part and who did not.
What this is not
We would rather tell you now than on the day.
It is not a diagnosis. A short appointment on site tells a physiotherapist whether something is worth looking at properly. It is not a full assessment, and nobody is given a diagnosis or a treatment plan on the strength of it. Where something needs investigating, we say so, to that person, on the day.
It is not a medical examination or a fitness for work certificate. We do not issue any document rating an employee's ability to do their job, we do not give an opinion on whether a complaint was caused by the work, and we do not produce anything for a claim, an insurance file or a disciplinary matter. If that is what you need, you need an occupational health physician, and we will tell you so rather than take the booking.
It does not satisfy a statutory requirement. It is not an occupational health service, not a safety certification, not an ergonomics audit, and it does not replace first aid provision.
It is not a health camp. No blood pressure stall, no sugar testing, no body mass readings. That is not physiotherapy and it is not what we are qualified to run.
It is not massage. If what you want is somebody giving neck rubs at desks, we are not the right people.
It is not an app, a portal, a dashboard or an employee health score. You get physiotherapists in your building, a conversation, and something written on paper.
It is not a full time physiotherapist stationed at your premises. We are a clinic of six physiotherapists with a patient list seven days a week. We will not promise staffing we cannot hold.
Our treatment machines stay at the centre. The laser, TECAR and robotic spinal decompression equipment stays where it works properly and where it is safe to use.
And we will not promise you fewer sick days. We will not tell you this cuts absenteeism or lifts productivity, and we will not put a number on what it saves you, because we cannot show you that it does. What we can tell you is what your team reported, what we saw, and what we would change.
One more thing, since you would be right to wonder. We are a physiotherapy clinic, so if our physiotherapist tells one of your employees to get that shoulder looked at properly, we are also a business that treats shoulders. So: nobody is sold anything on the day, no packages, no offers, no forms, no brochures left on desks. Anyone who needs care is told they can see any physiotherapist or doctor they choose. If they do come to us, they book and pay at our normal fees like anybody else, and it is not bundled into what you paid. If you would rather we did not mention our own centre at all, say so and we will simply tell them to see a physiotherapist.
What we need from you
A room with a door that closes, with a chair, a table and enough clear floor for somebody to lie down or raise an arm fully. A plug point. Somewhere for the group session, which can be a meeting room, a training room or the canteen.
One person on your side who owns the day, who can get us through security and answer questions, so that queries do not reach us cold in the middle of an appointment. The booking list before the day, so nobody spends the morning chasing anybody.
If you have no room that shuts, we can still do the group session and the walk round. We would rather not run the one to one appointments in an open area, and we will say so. People do not describe back pain, an old injury or anything personal honestly with colleagues listening, and the visit stops being worth what you paid for it.
How the fee works
The same way as everything else we do. We tell you the exact cost before you commit, in writing, with no hidden charges.
A visit is quoted per visit rather than per employee, so you have one figure to get approved rather than a number that moves with attendance. What it depends on is how long we are on site, how many physiotherapists come, where in Jaipur you are, and which parts of the visit you want. A small office and a large plant are not the same visit and should not carry the same price.
There is no per employee subscription, no retainer and no annual contract. If you want to repeat the visit, we quote it again each time, and you can stop whenever it stops being useful. Your employees pay nothing on the day. Tell us what your accounts team needs on the invoice and we will confirm what we can issue before you raise a purchase order.
Common questions
Is this physiotherapy, or a wellness event?
Physiotherapy. Qualified physiotherapists from our clinical team, seeing your staff one to one, doing the same assessment thinking we do at the centre. It is delivered in your building instead of ours. There is no massage, no stall and no motivational talk.
How much working time does this take from each person?
One short booked appointment each, plus the group session if you run one. The appointments run back to back to a schedule you have seen and approved in advance, so people leave their desk at a known time and come back. We build that schedule around your timings rather than ours.
What do we need to provide?
A room with a door that closes, with a chair, a table and enough clear floor for somebody to lie down. A plug point. Somewhere for the group session. The booking list before the day, and one person on your side who owns the day.
Will you tell us what is wrong with individual members of staff?
No. You get counts and patterns. Each person gets their own advice, in the room and in writing, to keep. We do not put names against complaints in anything we give you, we do not tell you who said what, and we do not tell you who declined to take part. If a department is small we will not break the summary down by that department, because a breakdown of a small group identifies people whatever the heading says.
Will our staff be pushed into booking treatment with you?
No. Our physiotherapists do not sell packages, hand out offers or take bookings on site, and we do not contact your staff afterwards. Where somebody needs a proper assessment they are told so and told they can go to any physiotherapist or doctor they choose. If you would rather we did not mention our own centre at all, tell us and we will not.
Is this a medical check-up? Can you certify that somebody is fit to work?
No to both. This is a physiotherapy appointment: a physiotherapist checks how a person moves, asks about their symptoms, looks at how they work, and gives advice. That is not a diagnosis and not a medical examination. We do not issue fitness for duty certificates and we do not give an opinion on whether a complaint was caused by the work. That is occupational health, which is a different service with different qualifications behind it. Because no clinical record is created for you, you are also not left holding health information about named staff.
Can you work around our shift pattern?
Visits are booked in advance, because our physiotherapists come out of the clinic diary and those appointments have to be moved first. Tell us your shift pattern and your preferred dates and we will tell you honestly what we can staff, rather than agreeing to it and then struggling.
How is it priced, and can you invoice us properly?
Quoted per visit, in writing, before you book, based on how long we are on site, how many physiotherapists come, where you are in Jaipur and which parts you want. No per employee subscription and no annual contract. Tell us what your accounts team needs on the invoice and we will confirm what we can issue before you raise a purchase order.
Do we have to commit to an ongoing programme?
No. Most employers should start with one visit, read the summary and decide from there. There is no retainer, no minimum number of visits and nothing that renews itself. If you want to repeat it, we quote it again each time.
Which parts of Jaipur do you cover?
Home visits already run across Jaipur, seven days a week, so travelling to a site and working away from the centre is routine for us. Tell us where you are and we will confirm straight away whether we can reach you, rather than leave you waiting.
Get it in writing first
Tell us where you are in Jaipur, roughly how many people, what they do all day, and your shift pattern. We will send back a written quote and a plan for the visit that you can forward internally. If we think a visit would not be much use to you, we will say that instead.
Send a corporate enquiry on WhatsApp if that is easier.
